Custom-Made Products
Many of our products are manufactured or customised to your specific requirements, including:

Optional extras
As these products are made to order, they cannot usually be returned or refunded once production has commenced.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Before Production Begins
Orders may be cancelled and refunded, subject to any costs already incurred.
After Production Begins
Once manufacturing has started, cancellation requests may be refused or may be subject to deductions for materials, labour, and administration costs.
Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of many of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

The product is faulty

The product has been damaged during delivery

The wrong item has been supplied
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or installation.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:

Notify us within 48 hours.

Provide photographs where possible.

Allow us reasonable opportunity to inspect the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange one of the following:

Replacement

Partial refund

Full refund (where appropriate)
The chosen remedy will depend on the nature of the issue.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect your building, greenhouse, garage door, or accessories upon delivery and installation.
Any visible damage, shortages, or concerns should be reported immediately.
Failure to notify us within a reasonable timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally non-returnable:

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

A suitable base is prepared before installation

Adequate access is available

Measurements provided are accurate

Any required permissions are obtained
Refunds will not normally be provided where installation cannot proceed due to site conditions or access restrictions beyond our control.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
