Our 8×8 Boston Summerhouse is a superior handcrafted summerhouse built at our Billinghay, Lincolnshire site.  It’s designed to withstand all weather conditions and all our buildings are fully dip-treated in Protek premium Golden Brown. This offers a one-year protection before further treatments are needed. Alternatively, you can opt for a Protek Royal Exterior treatment available in over 40 colours. This optional extra provides a 3-5 year lifespan depending on location and exposure.  Contact us to discuss further.

Since we manufacture all our summerhouses in-house, we can easily change their orientation. Whether you opt for our full sheet Lincoln Glazing or our traditional Boston Georgian glazing, bespoke is not a word we are afraid of. For anything off-spec, please contact us directly.

With over 40 years’ experience in the summerhouse industry, we believe our summerhouses are incredibly robust and long-lasting. Our cladding is second to none, featuring 19mm fully tongue and grooved loglap for a strong and attractive garden look.  Our floors and roofs are also 12mm fully tongue and grooved for long-lasting wear. Upgrading to 18mm tongue and groove boarding is available for an even longer lifespan but this option is only available when ordering directly. Our framing is 42mm x 42mm further increasing the strength and longevity of our buildings. We also brace selected panels of the summerhouse diagonally to prevent any listing.

All our summerhouses come as standard with 3mm toughened glass, in either of our glazing options. Our quality summerhouse doors and windows are made with mortice and tenon joints, for longevity. They also comprise a 3 lever lock with 2 keys .

Our standard sheds and summerhouses are equipped with a high-quality polyester-based felt. This felt features a plastic membrane on the back that adheres to the shed roof in sunlight, offering enhanced protection and ensuring product longevity while preventing leaks.
