We aim to provide you with a top quality shed or summerhouse and service to suit! For us to achieve this it has to be a two way street! We often give customers a firm delivery date up to 2 months in advance and 99.9% of the time we fulfil the commitment (high winds, mainly and occasional snow are our problems). Our promise to you is we are going to produce you a top quality shed that will last for years! Our Stamford show model in the yard has been on display since 2010! It still looks like new! So we require;

1. A firm, level, flat base e.g. slabs or concrete. We can supply "a bearer platform" instead which gives an easily levelled base for a fraction of the cost. Please ask!

2. A clear access into your garden without any height restrictions, no bars across gates etc. Your 12x8 Shed will have a floor 12' long and 8' high when we are carrying it! Our pricing/ work schedule is based on peoples property being a "normal" estate house/garden in Lincolnshire, e.g. flat! If your property is on a hillside, centre of a terrace or you have a 5 acre garden we need to know, its unlikely we will ask you for any more money but we need to allocate enough time otherwise the customer at the end of the line (day) may be disappointed.

3. Somebody responsible must be on site when we erect to inspect/ sign off the building.

4. If you have animals please ensure our erectors are NOT paddling around in their waste!

5. We will guarantee for 12 months any problems with the shed that result from our manufacturing process, this does not include the natural movement of timber during seasonal weather. Therefore, it is likely a number of customers will experience doors that need planing in the winter because of the damp. Usually a door planed in the first winter will not need planing in future years. If the door is going to expand it will happen with the damp, whether the shed has been erected 2 weeks or 10 months. Your shed has been Dip Treated in PROTEK's best quality treatment, we recommend you retreating your shed before the first winter.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS - GOODS

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you're entitled to the following:

up to 7 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get a refund; up to 30 days: if they can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases.

These Terms apply to any sale of goods on our site. If you buy goods on our site you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and the terms and conditions contained herein. These Terms are only available in English. No other languages are available for these Terms. When buying any goods on our site you also agree to be bound by: our terms and conditions of use and any documents referred to therein.

ORDERING FROM US/ PLACING AN ORDER

When placing an order with us, you are undertaking and confirming that any/ all the information given is complete and accurate. any order places is subject to acceptance and product availability.

We have the right to refuse/ accept any order for the following reasons:

1. The goods are unavailable

2. We cannot authorise your payment

3. You are not allowed to buy goods from us

4. The quantity of goods ordered is too large

5. There has been a mistake in the pricing or description of the goods

We will only accept your order once a confirmation email is sent and we have contacted you using the contact details you provide, within 5 working days, to provide a firm delivery date. At this point: a legally binding contact between you and us is in place and as such your order will be fulfilled. You must check your confirmation email as soon ands possible, if any of the details are incorrect you must inform us as soon as possible.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel the contract created by these terms in writing (by post or email) within 7 working days without giving any reason.

However, this right to cancel will not apply to any of the following products:

1. A product built to the customers specifications (customised/ bespoke).

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your cancellation confirmation before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel the contract created under these terms in accordance with these outlined terms, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you within 30 days.
